Other Mac users have figured out how to get it installed, but the instruction booklet that comes with the F165 is outdated.

Anyone else with a Mac that has installed the F165 program, do you have advice for Wen to get it installed? It would be like night and day to have to manually program stuff on the F165, compared to doing it off of the computer.

After spending several hours in frustration, trying to get it installed on the computer with Windows Vista, we finally called Atleir Robin. He told us you can't do it the way the book, nor prompts say- the drivers had to be manually installed.

They really need to update their instruction book.
