hi, can anyone here tell me where gold coin grass comes from?..i dont mean where can i get it..i mean, is it an herb?..is it actually a grass, or is it some kind of grain, if so..does it contain gluten?..can a celiac use it without allergic reaction..i just cant find anywhere that tells what it is derived from..any info would be appreciated.l

  My Seven Forests brand contains only these
  
  lysimachia (latin for GCG), lygodium spore, gallus
  
  From my own personal research on GCG, lysimachia, or the chinese name Jin Qian Cao, the formula depends upon the brand you get. Most chinese herbalists here have it in either powdered or tablet form. Julia Chang's site offers a tincture. You should be able to get the ingredient listing from her.
  
  I have been on my brand for almost a week now, without a reaction.
