I hope you did well but no worries if you fell off the wagon... it is still there for you to jump back in :)
and an advice, to me, it is easier to take one day at a time, go for a walk, draw, swim, sing, have a bath, whatever can make you feel good and change your mind, bring it away from food..... anything!
and then the evening comes, one day more to add that is done, you can be happy and tomorrow am, you'll feel so happy and proud you didn't go for simple temptations that you would have regretted after 5 '.... :)))
