Paul,
I'm going to go line by line.
Estradiol: I really don't know if this is high for a guy or not.
Testosterone: Your testosterone is low, symptomatic of AF. Probably should be higher, don't know what the optimal is though.
DHEA: Your DHEA is probably low too.
Cortisol morning: Your morning cortisol should be at the top of the range 9.5. It's 8.7 so it's not too bad.
Cortisol Noon: It should be a bit higher maybe around 2 or so, but it's not too bad either.
Cortisol Evening: This looks ok.
Cortisol night: This is exactly where it should be at the bottom of the range.
PSA: Again, don't have a clue what this should be
Free T4: Should be a bit higher
Free T3: Should be higher, you probably have your T4 being converted to RT3 because of the AF.
TSH: Looks ok, but it's truly meaningless for thyroid functioning.
TPO: This is one of the antibodies, looks like you might be dealing with hashimotos.
For your low cortisol times (morning and noon) you might try adding an isocort tablet to the licorice. Remember to stress dose (take extra) if you get injured, sick or stressed out due to family issues (loved one ends up in hospital, arguements, car accident, etc), job stress. Add some unprocessed salt to your diet (Redmonds RealSalt, Celtic, Himalayan), put it on your food and put a pinch or two in your water, ideally all your water should have a pinch. Add DHEA to your supplements (25mg). It will help your DHEA levels and your testosterone since testosterone is manufactured from DHEA. Symptoms of low cortisol are hypoglycemia, nausea, anxiety, panic attacks, hyper-sensitive emotions -- tendency to OVER REACT and to loose temper easily. The hyper-sensitive emotions and lack of patience is also a high cortisol symptom too.
Emergence C is good, lipasomal C is good too. Add L-Tyrosine 500mg-1,000mg, selenium (selenomethionine) 200-400mcg and iodine 25mg-50mg of iodoral or lugols to help the thyroid and suppress the antibodies. Lugols is the liquid form of iodoral. Google iodoral for the best price, depending on where you get it, 180 tablets of 12.5 mg iodoral can run $32-$50 +sh, so shop around. Lugols is probably the cheapest. Swanson Vitamins has 2oz of 2% lugols for about $12 sh and iodoral for about $37. One drop of 2% lugols is about 3.5mg. You might want to start with lugols so you can start low. Try one or more drops in the morning and then around lunch time. If you start to experience detox symptoms: http://www.breastcancerchoices.org/bromidedetoxsymptomsandstrategies.htm do the salt loading and take NAC (N-acetyl-cysteine). NAC helps the liver handle the detox, a couple of capsules (500-600mg) a couple times a day helps a lot. If you experience worsening AF (heart palps, anxiety, etc...) back off and do the salt loading until you feel better. Hawthorne helps me with the heart pounding.
If you haven't discovered Janie Bowthorp's Stop the Thyroid Madness Site, then check it out. It is very informative and will prove to be a valuable resource. She explains the link between adrenal fatigue and hypothyroidism. http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com.
Also, the Iodine Supplementation forum here on curezone will help with any questions or weird detox symptoms that crop up. A couple of really good forums on yahoo too: http://www.health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormones/ (moderated by Janie Bowthorp) and http://www.health.groups.yahoo.com/group/iodine/. The iodine group is moderated by a woman who is a patient and friend of Dr. David Brownstein, one of THE iodine researchers and practitoners. If she doesn't know the answer to your question, she can get an answer from Dr. B.
Finally, it would be really helpful if you get the following tests:
Tg Ab (antibody)
RT3
B-12*
Folate* Stop the b-complex 24 hrs before test
Ferritin
25-hydroxy (vitamin D)
iolite
