Give me a second and I'll go over the steps so that I can post it for you.

1 Go to the very top of this page and see where your name "gibby" is.

2.Click on it.

3. Look down and see "Edit your public profile:"

4 Click on it.

5. See "Profile Image URLAvatar:" The url for your current avatar is there in the little box staring with "http:/www.curezone" blah blah blah That is where you change it.

6 Sooooo,,,you need to upload a new image to Curezone...or choose one you like from Images. There is a URL near each image in the galleries. You need to choose the THUMBNAIL version not the Large one.

7 You right click on the URL of your chosen pic Choose "Select All"
then "Copy" and "Paste" it onto your notepad or wordpad on your desktop

THEN

8 Go back to the page and spot in Step 5. Right Click Choose "Select All" then choose "Cut". This gets rid of the URL for your current pic.

9 Now go to your notepad on your desktop and to the URL of the pic you want. Then Right click and choose "Select All" then "Copy"

10 Go to the little box on the page that is in Step 5.

11 Put your cursor on the box and Right Click then choose "Paste"

12 Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on "Update your Profile"
