it will be my first time i do a liver flush. so, how often do i it during this first time? how often after that? what can i do if i get a stone that does not want to move? can i also do the coffee enema?

I was instructed -- after stopping all oral contraceptives, to immediately begin a batch of three Liver Flushes to clean out the thyroid and liver from the birth control hormones. I was told to space them one week apart- and that is what I did. I didnt suffer any side effects doing this.
Later, I read that it is better to space them 2 weeks apart.

This is a reply to # 163,623Since there are different protocols, the general view is every 2-3 weeks, except the barefoot herbalist is different, he says 3 in a row.
Based on the 2-3 weeks in a row you are suppose to keep doing it till all stones are gone, they advice not to stop or for some reason (I forgot) it is better not to start.- Re: how often can you do the liver f... humberto

This is a reply to # 163,651I don't want to disappoint you but so far I have done 37 in 28 months. I assume when the green floating ones are gone. Drugs create stones, even over the counter ones. I stopped all my prescription drugs in October and now things are lightning up.
I do or did have a calcified stone and next week after my US I will know if it still there. Of course you might not have to worry about that.
