Another Epsom Question

I am in Canada, and the only Epsom Salt I can find is the type that says not to take internally! Does anybody know where I can find some? I really want to try the cleanse with the salts, but I wanted to do it yesterday and didn't! Are they in a different section of the drug store? My husband checked yesterday, but probably didn't ask because he thinks this is a bunch of ____ ! So please advise! Thanks- Re: Another Epsom Question demi

This is a reply to # 161,871It is the same thing. Don't worry about that :). It is MgSO4·7H2O, (magnesium sulfate).
Somebody sells it in little bottles as laxative and charges too much.
I have been using it ( I am sure most of us here) the regular/bath one for years, during my liver flushes.
But if you want the one labeled as laxative, go for it. Epsom Salt is not that expensive anyway. :)

This is a reply to # 161,873Some external use only Epsom Salts include other ingredients besides magnesium sulfate. It's best to make sure the container clearly indicates that it is safe for internal use.

Do not take the one the says for external use ( or not for internal use.)
Shopper's Drug Mart carries it.
It is with the laxative type stuff in a simple white bottle simular in size to a large bottle of tylenol of advil - Re: Another Epsom Question surley

I'm in Canada too and I've been buying my ES from PharmaPlus-They have two kinds,one that says for internal uses and the other says for external uses only.Also,I recently discovered that Costco has a huge container that says for both external and internal uses.
