When you are spending hours developing theories about what is afflicting you this in itself can be quite stressful, this largely takes place in front of your computer. It's not simply the fixation on the condition, but also the extended concentration that is very taxing on your body because your brain needs fuel. Your brain needs glucose and requires 40% of your body's supply. I have worked with dozens of brain injured patients and they all say the same thing: They are exhausted, almost sick from sustained concentration or processing. You may too start to feel sick as you expend considerable time processing information. Brain-injured patients have glucose metabolisms that are impaired. When you are moving around and doing things that require muscular effort (and not at your computer and sedentary) this stimulates the liver to produce more cortisol, so you reload and refuel your brain. Not to mention you are more relaxed and less occupied with your symptoms. Sitting in front of computer is not the cause of the problems, but once you get sick, it can certainly perpetuate them. The psychological stress created by the conscious fixation, combined with the mental exertion in a patient with metabolic disturbances like hypoglycemia, is not a good combination. Break up your computer usage with some walks and rest. Find some things to distract your mind. Anxiety disorders and OCD go hand in hand. Damn near everyone on these sites seems to be fixated on their problems, but you have to break the cycle. This crappy condition makes you that way; you weren't always like that. I just don't put any stock in the WIFI, but this is just my humble opinion.
