I have chronic joint pain, which the doctors have been calling Fibro, though they are recently changing their minds. I try to avoid pain killers, but it can get to points where I can't even move and have to take something. (Ibuprofin, Naproxin Sodium, rarely Toradol)
I have a really bad back, which fits the symptoms of bad posture. Doctors have done nothing about that .
I get migraines every so often. Take medicine at onset.
In just the past few days I have gotten a really bad rash on my neck, arms, legs, stomach, and face. It's red bumpy and itches like hell.
I do not eat
Mono-Sodium-Glutamat (Natrium Glutamat) or Gluten.
And I do exercise a little each day.
I'm tired of being in pain, I'm tired of hating doing simple things like typing on the computer, or walking from one room or the other. This rash is new, and I'm already tired of it. I'm willing to try almost anything, as long as I have the resources to do so.
So please please please, any suggestions!
