It all depends on the person. It can be B5 alone, pantethine alone, or combination. Also in various delivery system. There is no set rule. Pantethine is more potent, and for some it is better, while for others, it may be worse. Everyone is different.
The key is to match the nutrient to the person based on constitution, nutrient history, adrenal fatigue stage, clearance state, etc. It is not a straight forward cookbook approach as much as I like to simplify things. The more advance the adrenal fatigue, the more personalized it has to be along with lower test doses along the way with challenges.
Every nutrient has its use. We want to delivery them to the cell and not trigger any crashes. Our approach is always try to "do no harm" and we are very careful to prevent crashes which is something most don't pay enough attention to. Its better to go slow and no crash but sustained over time because it takes 3-5 x the effort to recover the internal setback from each crash.
