Hello Blacktruck,
as long as you are passing stones, you should eventually feel the benefit of it. I do not think the size of the stones really matter. On the night of my first flush i woke up at 3 in the morning and had migraine pain in my left arm, something I have not had for a long time. I use to get it a few years ago on a regular basis if for example I had red wine or drank too much tea or coffee. The point I am making is that I came to the conclusion that it was because of the gunk released into my intestines by my gall bladder, and my body was reacting to it.
I too have felt tired since doing my first flush a week and a half ago. Your liver is the largest organ in your body and if it is knocked out of sorts it makes sense that you may feel tired.
I plan to do my second flush this Wednesday. Since doing the first one my back pain is almost gone and my stomach has not been bloated and uncomforatble. I have just noticed an improvement in my appetite over the last two days. (It takes your body a while to adjust to an increased flow of bile)
