This is an excellent supplement as well. Stress results in magnesium deficiency....magnesium deficiency leads to more stress. It's one of these viscuous cycle things.
Dr Rind started me on this supplement and Dr Lam agrees that it is a good supplement.
If you have chocolate cravings....that's a sure sign of magnesium deficiency.
