Salt water flush in the morning and Smooth Move tea in the afternoon are usually associated with Master Cleanse.
With PB shakes you need to make sure that your bowels are moving at least once a day, preferably several times a day. Distilled water is “dead” water because it has no minerals, no gases, etc. I don’t know where you live but generally it would be better to drink bottled water than distilled water (exception is when you detoxing heavy metals).
My preference when I go on bowel cleanse is to use 4 or 5 PBC shakes a day and also to take a cleansing enema every day of the first week of the fast.
Also limit your intake of fruit juices as they contain a lot of sugar, good for quick energy but not good for cleansing. A good idea is to dilute vegetable juices with water - say 50/50 ratio.
Please read my blog titled “My challenge”, link below.
I would definitely prefer spring water to distilled water. Brita filter is okay if your water supply is not contaminated.
Chlorophyll should not be constipating but psyllium is. That is one reason for taking a daily enema. The nectar is only for the taste and not really needed.
By the way, chlorophyll should not smell fishy as it is usually made from the green portion of plants.
