What are your dosages of each supplement? What type of supplements are they ei. chelated (minerals), oxide, carbonate, citrate, malate, ascorbate (vitamin)?
I'm a believer in eating the foods that contain the nutrition we need, but realize that supplements are the only way to ensure some level of control over intake.

I've been neglecting Zinc and Copper myself, will start the 10 : 1 ratio supplementation soon.
For thyroid support, it looks like you may need some Zinc, Copper, Vitamin E, and perhaps an amino-acid complex.
