I have never done a parasite cleanse, and I always have good flushes, so yes.

I tried doing the Liver Flush without the parasite cleanse first and I only got out 8 small stones. Not much of a pay-off for all the nausea, heartburn, and broken sleep. Liver Flushes are supposed to make you feel great, but mine really wiped me out and took 2 days to recover from it. I think if you don't have parasites then it will work fine for you. You'll just have to try and see.
