I did not exactly crash at 4 months. I felt great after removal until I had my first period. This crash lasted 2 weeks (a few days before, a week during, and a few days after period) I had ALOT of bleeding, nausea, anxiety, hot flashes, heart palpitations, dizziness. It was awful. Then I felt great for a while.
2nd month (period) was light and I did not feel too horrible, but not normal.
Month 3 was CRASH 2 and it was a big one. I begin problems during ovulation and during period (more toward the end of period). I was tired of feeling bad and went to OBGYN. He said I had prementrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD) and put me on anxiety meds. Said it may take a few weeks to work and can increase anxiety a little at first. The anxiety med made me VERY SICK. I truely felt like I was dying. This forum is the only thing that kept my sanity. I found out during this time my stomach and esophagus was "totally ate up" (EGD nurses words) from acid reflux.
I begin to have more bad days then good and thought it would never end.
Month 4 little better then 3.
Month 5 CRASHED again but not quite as bad. I thought it would never end. VERY HARD TIME. I began praying alot more. I broke down at church went to the alter (which I rarely do)and cried like a baby. I prayed God would heal me so I could serve him again. I asked God to give me the desire to serve him. I had never felt better after that. I trust in the LORD!
Month 6 FINALLY I functioned everyday of the month like my normal self. I had a few time during ovulation and my period that I was not 100%, but I was ALOT better.
I am now at month 7 I am back to my old self and I am loving life like never before. I feel so bad for those who have suffered. It was the worse experience of my life, but I am greatful for it because of how God used this experience to better me.
Hang in there, It will get better!!!!
