Has anyone else experienced the following symptoms when dealing with AF?
1. When I wake up in the morning (that's if I happen to sleep the night before), I feel nauseous, have a strong gag reflex and have difficulty eating.
Then by late afternoon I start to get my appetite back and I'm able to eat normally for the rest of the day.
2. Finding Curezone has been great, but I find that the longer I spend in front of the computer, the more I get headaches, dizziness and extreme fatigue.
Has anyone else experienced either of these?

MoreThis is a reply to # 1,605,167nausea is one of the signs of low cortisol. Have you done the 24hr saliva cortisol test yet?

This is a reply to # 1,605,2422 things that will boost the cortisol levels: salt and licorice. Try sipping on some water with a pinch or two of unprocessed salt and/or taking some licorice extract or capsules. MoreThis is a reply to # 1,605,247Yes, I've been doing 1/2 teaspoon of Sea Salt in my morning water and then using it liberally on my food throughout the day.
Do you know if getting sun exposure will raise cortisol and/or DHEA?

This is a reply to # 1,605,167So after an overnight fast, you may often get some nausea. But I also agree that it is correlated with low cortisol. I personally experienced nausea and even dry-heaving when my condition was at it's worse. This is a reply to # 1,605,167Being that it is first thing in the morning it sounds like sinus drainage. If not cleared as when awake the drainage can go in to the stomach and can lead to the nausea. As the drainage is cleared from the stomach the nausea would disappear.

This is a reply to # 1,606,717No sinus problems at all. It's more like I wake up with anxiety and my heart is racing, my throat feels tight, my hands shake and I'm dizzy and nauseous which makes me dry heave several times.
Some days it takes me over an hour to eat a small meal and even though I'm not hungry, I know I have to force myself to eat in order to prevent my blood Sugar from crashing.
It sometimes happens in the afternoons as well, but night time is better - usually between 6-9 p.m. I get my appetite back and have no problems getting food into me.
