Book 1 author recommends the enema
IN HIS CLINIC YOU GOT A COOL ENEMA EACH NIGHT
and others
"OTHERS"--------OTHER WHAT? AUTHORS?
Yes other authors.
said no enema was necessary.
THEN THEY HAVE NO CLUE ABOUT FASTING
Bears fast during the winter and they never use enemas. I read an author claim that when hunters cut open a bear after it has been hibernating the bowels don't even stink as a non-fasting bear's bowels would!
It works either way in my experience.
THEN IF IT WORKS, WHY ARE YOU ASKING.............
I'm responding to the persons question.
I did a longer, 20+ day fast, and experimented with both and I gravitated towards not using enema or LBB.
THEN YOUR DOING IT YOUR WAY, WHICH IS A VERY WRONG WAY...YOU JUST SIMPLY CHOSE TO NOT EAT, THAT IS NOT PROPER FASTING...SAME AS JUST DRINKING WATER FOR X AMOUNT OF DAYS IS "BAD" FOR HEALTH.
Chosing not to eat IS the definition of fasting.
Fast
1.to abstain from all food.
2.to eat only sparingly or of certain kinds of food, esp. as a religious observance.
Drinking juice is technically eating because even though it is liquid it is still food ie nutriment. Although I agree with book 1 author there isn't much difference between the 'liquid diet' which is popularly and incorrectly named 'juice fasting' and real fasting in the correct sense of the word which is no solid food, or juice and only water.
YOU ARE NOT A CANDIDATE FOR THIS FORUM, SIMPLY BECAUSE YOU ADMIT YOU READ THE CORRECT WAY AND ARE HERE SUGGESTING TO OTHERS THAT IT IS "OK" TO "IGNORE" THE PROPER WAY... I BELIEVE PEOPLE SHOULD SELF-EXPERIMENT; DO IT THEIR OWN WAY, BECAUSE THEY WILL ANYWAY...BUT WHEN THEIR WAY IS THE WRONG WAY THAT CAUSES ILL HEALTH, THEN THEIR WAY IS "IGNORED" ON THIS FORUM...SAME AS THE PERSON CHOSE TO IGNORE THE CORRECT WAY....FEAR IS FEAR, ESPECIALLY WHEN IT COMES TO A DANGEROUS EXPERIMENT AND FASTING "PROPERLY" FOR 20+ DAYS WITH THE USE OF NO ENEMA OR HERBS TO CLEANSE THE COLON WALLS, IS JUST ASKING TO CREATE A SICK CONDITION AND AS WELL DO HARM TO THE COLON AND BLOOD STREAM.
Well I felt stronger and stronger and did drink prune juice quite a bit in the early days of the fast. Trust me I did plenty of colon cleansing during my fast but found that it really wasn't necessary.
I AM NOT FOR ENEMA, SO I CHOSE TO IGNORE THAT PART OF TE BOOK.......THE AUTHOR CLEARLY STATES THAT HERBS ARE IRRITENTS AND HE CHOSE COOL ENEMA AND HE MAY BE CORRECT TO SOME DEGREE, BUT I BELIEVE THESE "IRRITATING" HERBS STRENGTHEN THE COLON JUST AS DR. CHRISTOPHER PROVED OVER A LIFETIME AND I HAVE PROVEN T MY SELF FOR THE PAST 15 YEARS...
Yeah I love the LBB. I just ordered some more infact.
THE DIFFERANCE IS THIS:
MY CHOICE TO IGNORE THE AUTHOR'S ENEMA WAS REPLACED WITH A HERBAL METHOD THAT PRODUCES SIMILAR RESULTS, IF NOT BETTER...YOUR CHOICE TO IGNORE ENEMA AND HERBS JUST LEADS TO THE ONLY DANGEROUS SIDE OF "FASTING".
LBB syrup liquid would be ideal for fasting if someone wants to play it safe. I feel like taking the LBB caps slows down the cleansing somewhat because you are introducing a solid food into the stomach. I did use things like prune juice at the beginning of my fast but found I didn't need then and still felt just fine. Didn't feel sick but felt stronger than usual. I just didn't FEEL much of a difference in my body whether I did the enema or not except I felt a bit weak after the enema.
