Hi there,
I have posted questions here quiet a while ago and am still very grateful about the helpful advice
I received.
I have suffered from a burnout about 7 years ago and have regained good health with just a few issues I don not seem to get under control.
elevated to racing heart rate while working out especially when competing under pressure,
heat intolerance,
feeling drowsy for a few seconds when standing up quickly,
extreme caffeine intolerance, not that I drink coffee or tea but just a small amount of coffee will make me feel weird,
sugar has the same effect on me as caffeine,
I do suffer the occasional panic attack,
I used to suffer from palpitations until I increased sea salt intake,
I do have Candida flair ups and digestive issues,
I am looking forward to your thoughts and am very grateful for your advice
