The usual gym workout...
about half an hour on treadmill
15 minutes on bicycle. Wish Shapes gym had T.V screens on their bikes like some gyms do. I find the bicycle boring so the TV would help.
then visit most of the individual exercise machines and do between 10-20 reps, depending on time permitted
They also have a steam room and sauna which I plan to start using again this weekend. The last time I did the steam room, I started coughing because of the smell. Don't know what they use in the water, maybe chlorine but I had to leave.
