I've actually had a fantastic day today, I have felt on top of the world, and full of boundless energy, its been rather incredible, and really, really, very unusual.
I have eaten nothing different from normal except I had some Tahini, very thinly spread on Gluten free crackers late afternoon. I have eaten these crackers before with no ill effects.
7 hours later I have watery diahorrea. I always know if I have eaten something that does not agree with me as 7 hours later I get Diahorrea.
I have read the label carefully and the tahini is made of 100% sesame seeds, tastes very much like peanut butter. Its not out of date or anything. There are no additives, nothing except sesame seeds.
Has anyone else had this with tahini, or could it just be something else I have become alleric to? I discovered a couple of weeks ago I am now alleric to Pumpkin seeds, but I did not get diahorrea with them, just vomiting in the street and extreemly close to blacking out/unable to stand/walk and that was within an hour of eating them.
I have felt so good today, I still do despite the diahorrea, I went mad and got loads done including a major clean of my car where I was using lots of various products...not wearing gloves.
So I am not sure if it was the Tahini or I over-did it work wise, or some chemicals have gotten into my system.
