I could use the encouragement as well! Absolutley, let's do this together. :)
I'm going to be weighing myself each morning. I think once I see the
pounds dropping everyday, it will keep me motivated to continue and possibly go longer if I feel the need to.
Let's keep each other posted on how we are doing!
So far today, I am fine. I'm a little hungry but I'm just keeping busy as work and trying not to think about it. I keep thinking of the end result and it makes me smile.
Keeping that same mentality over the 10 days will be key, I know it will be challenging but I'm looking forward to it.
