KEY WORD "LEAN"....NOT A MASS OF RUPTURED WASTE CELLS..
since I'm an athlete, and workout about 3 times per week.

I've been doing orange juice fasting periodically for the past year or so,
GOOD
and taking the all in one formula.
BETTER YET
But when I'm training, my body demands protein and higher calories, so I eat a lot of lentils, beans and rice to maintain my energy.
3 STARCHY NON HUMAN FOODS
However, I'm still finding it quite difficult to gain weight eating this way.
NEVER SEEN A BIG OR FAT CHINA MAN / ASIAN THAT LIVED ON RICE AND BEANS..
My question is, what are some natural and healthy muscle building foods I can eat every day to gain lean muscle?

I like to do orange juice fasting at least once per month as well.

What's the best way to incorporate fasting, with training?
ONE OF THE STRONGEST MEN IN CURRENT HISTORY WAS A BOXER THAT ATE 1 HEAD OF LETTUCE AND 1 HEAD OF CABBAGE DAILY......2 HIGH CALCIUM SOURCES AD DIDN'T EAT ANYTHING ELSE AND WAS ABLE TO RAISE HIS WEIGHT UP AND DOWN SO HE WAS A CHAMPION IN 3 WEIGHT DIVISONS. THE YOGA EXPERTS CAN DO THE SAME THING, THEY CAN RAISE OR LOWER 10 POUNDS WITH BREATHING ALONE...HUMANS ARE MORE OXYGEN THAN ANYTHING ELSE..
It's especially challenging to fast when it's difficult to gain weight.

ORANGE JUICE FASTED FOR 21 DAYS.
THEN WENT TO ALKALINE GRAINS AND MILK FOR 2 YEARS
THEN DROPPED THE MILK AND AFTER 2 YEARS , SAVED HIS LIFE AND FELT LIKE WORKING OUT.
HE THEN PITCHED HIS HOT WATER HEATER AND TOOK OUT HIS BEDROOM WINDOW AND AS WELL, WORE JUST ENOUGH CLOTHS TO BE LEGAL IN TORONTO....AND ENJOYED THE -40 DEGREE NIGHTS IN A BEDROOM WITH NO WINDOW AND NO WARM WATER TO BATH IN. HE ALSO DID THE SLAP BATH, WHICH BUILDS STRONG MUSCLES...
AFETR THE FIRST 2 YEARS AND DROPPING OF RAW MILK, HE ATE HIS GRAINS RAW AND LIVES ON GRAINS..CHEWING THEM WELL AND DRINKING WATER...
HE EXERCISED ALLOT, MOSTLY ALL STRETCHES OR WHAT WE MIGHT CALL YOGA TYPE STUFF. HE SOON WAS SO STRONG THAT HE PUT OUT A WORLD CHALLANGE TO ALL HUMANS AND BEAT GUYS 40 YEARS YOUNGER THAN HIM THAT HAD BEEN WORLD CHAMPIONS.
HE NEVER DEWORMED, DIDN'T USE HERBS AND BELIEVED IN GRAINS......SOMEWHAT LIKE DR. CHRISTOPHER BELIEVED IN GRAINS. HE EVEN STARTED A BREAD COMPANY THAT STILL EXIST TO THIS DAY, THAT ALSO SELLS HIS GRAIN MIXTURES THAT YOU CAN EAT RAW, ETC....
I SUGGEST THE GRAIN WAS NOT AS GOOD AS FRUITS, BUT EASIER TO OBTAIN...WHAT MADE HIM A MUSCLE MAN WAS THE COLD, NO CLOTHS AND LOTS OF MILD EXERCISES USING ONLY HIS OWN BODY WEIGHT AS RESISTANCE..
IF YOU HAVE CLOGGED KIDNEYS, POOR LIVER, LACK OF CIRCULATION, LOW OXYGEN, WORMS, CAVITIES/DENTAL WORK, ON DRUGS, ETC...THEN YOUR GOING TO HAVE A HARD TIME BEING A CHAMPION.
TO BE A REAL ATHELETE BASICALY YOU WORK OUT 6-7 DAYS A WEEK, 4-8 HOURS DAILY AT THE SPORT YOUR A CHAMPAION AT...AND YOU PUT NOTHING TOXIC IN YOUR BODY AS BEST YOU CAN.
