I would definitely get an MRI. Get all the info you can from as many sources as you can. When my MRI showed a torn muscle I found that magnet therapy (north pole side touching you only) worked wonders. You just Nexcare tape the magnet over the sore spot. Within a day the pain could even be all gone, as long as the magnet is there. Eventually, if you are like me, you only need to use the magnet from time to time. You can find magnets for such purposes all over the net under "magnet therapy."

As far as parasites, apparently everyone has them, so why not just go on a search and destroy program regardless of what is going on in your shoulder? Though you might want to specifically target that area, eventually, with a zapper. Many of us have learned not to count on lab tests at all, btw. They can be totally wrong. I was told I had none & saw at least 5 kinds come out by the ton with paracide use.
