I fasted for 5 days and then started juicing. I was wondering if this diet would be ok or will it mess with my metabolism.
WED, THUR, FRID, SAT - total water fasting
Sun - introduce a little fruit - water with a juiced fruit
MON, TUES -
juicing totally
Then back to the above routine.
I hope to lose 28lbs.
Is this madness or maybe I should introduce food on the Tuesday - raw veg in wraps or rice???
Please advice me as total
Water Fasting is tooo hard.
