I have Candida and an intolerance to wheat and dairy.
At work over the next 16 weeks, I will unavoidably need to have some food samples (about 1 a week) that will often contain
Sugar or wheat - baking type products.
I have to eat them for my job (though after 16weeks, it will be finished)
What, if anything should I do to offset the damaging ingredients? i.e. should I drink some peppermint tea, cayenne in hot water, enzymes before/after?
