Apple juice help to soften and crunch the gallstones. So, a stone may have gone through your gb throat and caused some discomfort.
I´d would go straight into a flush and then lay on the right side .
I know some people lay on their back but Mrs Chang from Sensible health says we help our gb to push more stones by laying on the right side. I don´t know if she is right but her flushes always worked for me.
Don´t be afraid of flushing you will end up seeing it is not a complicated procedure.
Try a tablespoon (NOT A TEASPOON)of Epsom Salt
in warm water, if the pain disappears, which is likely to happen, it is a gallstone "asking" to be released.
Good luck and keep us posted
