I just took my first 2 drops of SSKI and mag.
Exactly how much iodine/iodide did I just take ?

MoreThis is a reply to # 1,579,202the "recipe" for making Lugol's is 2 parts Iodide (KI) to 1 part Iodine (I2)
e.g. - 6.25mg I2 should = 12.5mg KI for a total of 18.75mg drop
