I know there are many who diagnosis via fingernails health, but I was wondering why I would suddenly have a small white blotch right above the moon on my right middle finger?

  I have had these appear my entire life. I read somewhere that it's caused by zinc deficiency (or uptake disorder) but I don't know how true that is.
