i have no constipation problems and have a regular BM everyday..is bowel cleansing necessary? and if it is would taking a bottle of mag citrate one day during the week of the flush be sufficient? (lets say if flush is on thursday i take the mag citrate on sunday)

You should have the colon totally clear to release the stones, so they don't get blocked in. I would recommend a colonic/colema before and DEFINITLEY AFTER the flush. But if you have had success before you may not wish to. However there can be consiquences without properly cleaning the colon before and after flushing. would taking magnesium citrate once or twice before the flush be enough? i know a colonic would be the ultimate solution but i only planned on getting one after like 4 flushes...
btw im planning on doing a coke flush..i figured on doing coffee enemas after each flush..and after every four flushes getting a colonic..
