the protocol on this website says to just take magnesium citrate after the coke flush...but someone recommended me to do a coffee enema as it will get rid of all the toxins more effectively....which one is most effective? should i do both? thanks- Do both. MoreThis is a reply to # 157,447oh ok thanks..so how should i take it? the mag citrate as soon as i wake up and then the enema a few hours later?
and during the week of the flush is bowel cleansing absolutely necessary? and if it is, is taking a bottle of mag citrate two days (sunday and wednesday if my flush is thursday) adequate?
