I think they are indeed burned.
I'm going to try again. I guess I let them burn because I was afraid that they still weren't cooked and might be to harsh on the stomach. This is the first time I ever try the seed so it's hard for me to see how it looks and tastes right...
Do I use water in the pan, or just the seeds?
Also when I grinded them, they became oily, which I guess right, am I correct?
