I am not sure if there is something that happens as a normal thing but I can tell you what happened with me. I ended up having terrible acne on my face during the liver cleanse and I also felt pain every now and then in my liver/gallbladder area. I also got out a lot of liver flukes. The worst though, was the acne. It was worse than when I was a kid. I was embarrassed to go out in public. I wish I had ordered RG's cream because it really works on things like that.
