I was looking at Dr. Clark's Liver Flush recipe and I wondered what is the difference between Magnesium sulfate and Magnesium citrate? My chiropractor sold me Natural Calm which is the second kind. Can they be used interchangeably? I have high cholesterol and really want to do this liver flush.....
