So i suffer from acne and i been taking the humaworm supplements as well as zapping at least 1 hour everyday. I havent really had herx reaction except the first few days i started taking humaworm. Its around day 17 and the past 2 days i've been extremely nauseas. I feel like throwing up all day, tired, headaches, i dont want to eat. My tongue too has a film of white on it again. My skin is breaking out everywhere but they are the small bumps (acne). Is this herx reaction from the humaworm and zapper? or is it because i started eating dairy products again? kefir, yogurt, raw unpasterized milk.
