Sleeping is one of the ways that our bodies heal and rid itself of toxins.
It hapens to addicts who come off drugs as well. And our bodies are coming off this horrible poison. The fatigue happened to me at about 6-9 weeks post. I spent almost 2 weeks in nap mode. I made me feel depressed, but my body was just sooo tired so I gave into the sleep.
Remember to exercise a few times a week! Try to schedule it into your life if you dont already. Even just a little bit of easy cardio, bike or run, will help so much at this point in the healing process!
