After completing my 8th flush last night/this morning I got no stones whatsoever, just some old gunky bile. This is a reply to # 156,325i don't want to deflate your hopes, but something to think about. I thought I was stone free at flush no. 7 too. turned out i just hit a sticking point. after a month of chanca piedra, it took 10 more flushes... and now I think i'm stone free.

This is a reply to # 156,327I think diet, parasite and colon cleansing play a bigger role in Acne then a LF. If you are young maybe you could be stone free after 7 flushes but as it was pointed out you may just be at a sticking point. I feel im stone free after my last flush but will do another one in a couple months to see if some stones have moved to a position to where they can be flushed out.

This is a reply to # 156,331You should only be doing Liver Flushes every 2 weeks IF you are doing some bowel cleansing inbetween. If you don't, then there's a risk of serious health problems. So it's important you visit a colonic, or do a colema/enema. Otherwise you should only do them once a month.

I am doing Liver-Flush every 10days or so, and take Bentonite&S as for cleansing my colon. Is this cleanse good enough? Should I be doing enema?
Incidentally, do you know any good on-line shops selling enema equipment??
