Just be REALISTIC, pal... U can't set such amount of days coz nobody knows, including urself, how ur body will react after even day 7! Plus did u eat healthily? How long for?.. Have u fasted before? What about ur ability to end up the fasts properly and without pigging out on everything possible around u? Have u taken into consideration all above mentioned at least?.. I ate some junk on day 8 of my refeeding after completing 10 days just being on water. I thought we would call for ambulance (it is how bad I felt all over and being extreemly pale). But YOU.. will u be able to reach that level of 8 days of refeeding properly? If u have never done it then no need to say for sure it, right?.... Someone told here one day - it is not the matter of how many days just being on water u can accomplish but rather whether u will be able to end it properly and have proper refeeding time after.. Yup :)
Plus, life is not all about fasting.. U CAN accomplish FAR better results eating just right (ideally at least on 50% raw and preferably sticking to right combos of food). Trust me, I know what I am talking about here. :)
