The small bile ducts go throughout the liver where they collect the bile and carry it to the gall bladder where it is stored until you eat something then it is squirted into the liquified food as it is released from the stomach. Most, if not all of the stones are formed in the small bile ducts in the liver and are carried down to the bladder where they collect and if they are small and not too numerous they are squirted out with the bile. The bladder is a pouch off to the side of the bile duct, bile does not flow through it but is collected there to ensure you have enough to squirt with each meal. Any of the many small ducts can be blocked with stones - sometimes painful but usually not. Soft stones ususally come out when the bile ducts are relaxed by the
Epsom Salts and grapefruit mixture. Hard stones, calcium stones, may have to be dissolved. Some methods use apple juice which has malic acid which dissolves stones. I use Clark's
kidney cleanse which uses gravel, hydrangia and marshmallow roots and magnesium capsules.
