Hi,
Just wanted to verify what chaff looks like. When I flush or do a coffee enema there is always transparent different shaped things floating. Is this chaff?

This is a reply to # 155,533This question is asked alot and never answered. I read on Clark's site {I think} that it's the small yellow bits that look like gravel or cous cous. Other posters have refered to it as floaty *moth wings* and sometimes bile {runny brown oil-like}. It would be great to get a definitive answer & a consensus.

When you do a Liver Flush a lot of things may come out of your colon including gallstones, chaff, sludge, bile, parasites, candida etc.
My last 2 flushes produced nothing but chaff. It is a yellow-tan color and is very fine and floats. Couscous might be a good anology, some people call it sand. I've heard it is pulverized Gallstones and parasites. I think it is highly toxic since it burns like HELL coming out.
What you describe sounds like candida or parasites.
Hope it didn't hurt coming out the way chaff does. Anyway better out than in.

This is a reply to # 155,556Thanks for expalining that! I thought I hadn't done the process right (5 days apple juice but ate the usual junk and should've waited for day 6 to do the olive oil mix). So I was disappointed there were no stones visible (I didn't use a collander for the mad dash to the bathroom). There was just the tan stuff with a few "moth wings". The rest was just sludge that as you say, burned like "HELL" and felt like red hot gravel stones.

This is a reply to # 155,559Thanks for the info, yes, I do have candida but I can tell what is the candida, it is colored somewhere in between white and yellow, is like cotton or tissue like and sinks. I'm just glad to get anything out that isn't supposed to be in me!
