I have been taking daily doses of Apple Cider Vinegar for about two weeks and did a
Hulda Clark Liver-Flush last night. I had eaten little in the morning and the evening salts gave me the runs, so I'm confident that the bowels were quite empty by the time the flush per se began.
Today only about a half dozen small (pea-sized) green stones passed, but there were several BMs that came out looking like baby pooh (Light brown, smooth yogurt-looking). They were not yogurt-like in texture though: they floated and were totally waxy, just like the stones feel if you crush them up. (Presumably indicating they are made of cholesterol.) Total amount was about two cups. I finished up with a
SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) - nothing else flushed.
Was the waxy pooh the effect of ACV? Did the ACV convert what were stones two weeks ago into this waxy mass, and then The Flush expelled the mass? If so, cool: ACV works good!

Is this result what is meant by the term "chaff?" If not, can someone please descibe what chaff looks like. Others have stated in the forum that when one sees no stones and only chaff, that indicates that there are no more stones. Thus, it would be nice to understand the characteristics of "chaff."
thanks.
