It's easy to get trapped into thinking that the thing that works for one person or many people will work for EVERYONE, but that is usually not the case.
Some people's acne may be due to a clogged liver or the results of a clogged liver, while someone else's may be from a Zinc or Vitamin C deficiency or eating a food that you may be allergic to, or heavy metal toxicity, or...? there are many possibilities, as frustrating as that is.
If Liver Flushing
doesn't work for you, that doesn't mean that it wouldn't work for other people, and it isn't productive (and may even keep other people who WOULD greatly benefit from flushes from doing them) to try to keep people from doing them just because it wasn't what worked for YOU. I've done about four liver flushes, and whenever I get stones out, my acne does clear a bit more and some of my other problems improve as well, mostly hormonal issues.
Just something to consider - take care, and the best of luck with your acne!
