I was just wondering... because it seems all LFs that I did helped gb/liver a lot. But at the same time might have made candida condition worse.
And while staying on healthy diet, I didn't take any probiotics nor did I consume organic kefir/yoghurt/sauerkraut, I was too lazy/miseducated. And unless you had gone through all the candida pain and you already know how important it is to have microflora balanced - you wouldn't have done it either... why to bother with cultured foods or pay for probiotics.
The question is if Liver-Flush
protocol should be modified for people with candida/gut flora problems?
Perhaps I'm still miseducated but best answer I got so far is "don't think about the flora. The fact is that in clean intestine your gut flora will rebuild quicker". But that's incomplete one and what about people who do their flushes each several days?
