Here's what I have to give you from my experience. The digestive system was a big problem for me. Doc's program here stresses 2 things: get the colon on line and clean the liver. That means the rest of the body will clean out when you do that. That's the lymph, (the liver filters the lymph, too, as well as the blood), blood and tissues. You may find you have to clean out your liver, too, so we start taking Barefoot's dewormer and do it for 2 weeks before we start liver flushing. If you have to do that, then stay on the dewormer and just do the program here. It will clean your body of parasites and get your liver working right again. The body produces fat to have a place to store the toxins. Of course, diet and exercise has a lot to do with it, too. OOps, I heard you say you have candida. If you've got that, you've got other parasites, so if you want your health back, you'll be doing Doc's program here.
I did a lot of Barefoot's Lower Bowel Balance when I started this program. For some, it may take the colon junk off the walls. It didn't do it for me, but I'm sure it helped kill a lot of parasites in my digestive tract, the berberine in it helps the liver. For me, it was the Schulze product that got the junk off the colon wall. I think it was the bentonite in #2 formula because 12-15 polyps shriveled up and fell off. I lost approximately 10# of the colon wall junk. Schulze's #1 formula helps the peristaltic action of the colon to start working right again--that's moving the food along so constipation is not a problem anymore. I'm sure Barefoot's LBB does the same thing. For the Schulze colon products, follow his protocol and take the #1 formula to bowel tolerance. You can take it before bed or in the daytime, if you have to. After the junk came off my colon wall, I had to lower the dosage to one capsule at bedtime. The Schulze #1 product is a lot like Barefoot's LBB. The junk on the colon wall can back up into the small intestine. I think that's what happened to me. I had bad colon problems for 20 years and probably before that. If you've taken any kind of drugs, they can do a number on your digestive system.
Getting the colon and digestive system to work optimally again is going to take some time, if you've had any kind of big problem there for any length of time.
I did what I had to do one day at a time. All this is a process that works, only you have to be attentive to your problem and work on it. Don't be discouraged if it takes longer than you initially anticipated. Much of this program takes longer than one origianlly anticipates, but it works to get you back to health.
I used quite a bit of the aloe vera to heal my colon after I got the junk off the wall. That's a bit laxative and may help a lot. I found it soothing. I also used slippery elm tea that was soothing and healing. You can live on that for a while, if you have to. It's got nutritive properties.
