I have been dabbling with raw vegan life for over a year now... and am healing.
Thanks for your guidance and inspiration.
I have chanced across some Natural Hygienists who are quite fond of the Low Fat Raw Vegan diet/lifestyle.
I have been giving it a whirl - and seem to be experiencing even deeper healing/detoxification.
What percentage of raw plant fat would you say is optimal (as a portion of daily calories) ?
The LFRV strategy is to eat enough to feel well.. and no more.
I have been keeping it under 10%... which means eating 1 large avocado every other day or a large handful of almonds (eaten alone of course).. the rest is just fruit and greens.
