Could take time to correct something like this... however there are plenty of ways to relieve symptoms...
Try using these spices in your cooking/food prep...
Cayenne, garlic, and ginger...
You can make ginger tea too... yum... real good for colds and such too.
Pretty much anything that will increase circulation and dilate blood vessels.
Use good quality raw, cold pressed oil, such as olive in your cooking.
Use a good quality organic grass fed dairy butter if possible.
This could get you vitamin E, which helps improve circulation as well.
A good quality lecithin may also be very helpful.
I believe ML would say that with Raynauld, we are dealing primarily with a macromineral imbalance... in this case specifically, sodium and potassium ratios.
He recommends eating high quality food sources for potassium and sodium to balance out the ratios... NOT salt.
Too much potassium in the winter months can cause one to feel cold... while too much sodium in the summer can make heat difficult to deal with.
That is why we try to eat high quality organic, local, and in season foods... these local foods already have the correct mineral ratios needed in them.
These high quality foods will also have magnesium, and vitamin C in them which would likely help as well.
Wheat germ and or wheat germ oil too - vitamin E, zinc, B vitamins.
The emphasis here is on high quality foods... IF you do not grow your own foods; in supermarkets around the U.S. there are three or four different grades of produce... the lowest grade, generally being the lowest quality with the poorest shelf life.
Use your nose and eyes to pick out the best foods... and then taste, if the produce manager will let you sample.
It is a get what you pay for thing in "some" cases... and why one can see much variability in supermarket add prices.
In addition, if you find a good source, and purchase produce regularly from that source, it is best to find out the delivery dates to get the freshest product possible.
I suggest you do a search here on CZ and on the web for Raynauld + natural or herbs, or supplements... you should get plenty of hits and suggestions.
You can also try to relieve symptoms by massaging a warm oil into your fingers and toes... I think I read somewhere once that sesame seed oil was recommended for this... however believe that olive oil would work very well too.
I have never had a problem like Raynauld, however use Egyptian oil for this sort of thing. The one without the mineral oil.

If you have cruised this forum, you may have run into the protocols, which includes the mineral baths and use of kelp... different varieties of kelp have different mineral compositions in them, specifically sodium to potassium, so you may want to investigate that some to.
I think many here use seaveg.com for their sea vegetables.
