Hello to all,
I am getting close to my next fast and was hoping to clear a few things up.
Rebounder: In a water fast where i would like to exercise as little as possible while at the same time thoroughly moving the lymphs, how many minutes of fairly low intensity are necessary to optimally get the lymphs moving?... ie: would 1 minute do it? 2? :) How much better would every 12 hours be (and even every 8) as compared to every 24 hours? By contrast, in a non-fasting situation, how many minutes of high intensity would it take to thoroughly move the lymphs?
Genuine Hunger: When you have very little toxemia and you fast (as in your situation Chris), do you re-enter into genuine hunger with each fast, ie: within 3-5-7 days?... or if not, what does the body do once all toxemia is eliminated and you are still early in your fast... just continue healing and repairing without sending this genuine hunger signal? In such an instance where there is a very early elimination of all toxemia and if that doesn't trigger a return to genuine hunger, what would finally bring the genuine hunger signal on?
also... Intramax... As far as you know, can it be found in any usa stores on the shelf or only by mail? Do you know of other products of comparable quality? I am using a sams club product called: "glacial milk" brand "complete nutrition" which i assume is nowhere near on the same level.. i think it is about $15 per liter as compared to the $80 for intramax.
Thanks for everything!
