Hi:

I have been Liver Flushing for two and a half years. I always do a morning and a late afternoon coffee enema a day before-, flush day- and after flush day. I do two one-quart enemas at a time.
I get most of the Liver Flush results from the coffee enemas.

This way the liver dumps toxic waste directly into the intestines. This does not effect the digestion bile.
