Need help (first time Iodine user)

I went to a Health Foods store a while ago and purchased Biotics liquid iodine. It's a 2 fluid ounces bottle. On the back of the bottle it says...
Iodine (as potassium iodide) 75 mcg per serving
The reccommendation is 1 to 2 drops a day.
I've read a some information on this site and I know trapper recommends a lot more. Should I order trapper's Iodine and throw this out? Anyone ever use Biotics iodine? Thanks.- Re: Need help (first time Iodine use... ndul

MoreThis is a reply to # 1,539,348I can't help you on the brand you bought, but I definitely recommend Trapper's SSKI and magnascent. I love it, love it, love it. Can't recommend it enough. It's way cheaper than the Iodoral that I used to take, and I feel a lot better than I even did on Iodoral. I made huge improvements on Iodoral but not as much as I've seen on Trap's SSKI & magnascent combo. If you decide to try out your brand of iodine, please let us know your experience.

This is a reply to # 1,539,377One can take Trap's SSKI , and also take magnascent.
But IF you're talking about the SSKI /2% that Trapper makes, (all in one bottle), then the 2% is iodine, but not magnascent iodine.
