Hi all,

I was planning on a flush tonight, and I am following my standard protocol. I had my first dose of epsom salt/water 2 and a half hours ago, and took the second dose about 30 minutes ago.

I have had no reaction to either dose so far.... Has this happened to anyone else?

Should I try a third dose and should I still flush tonight?

Any advice would be welcomed!
